Although we didn`t see Poppy yesterday we heard about the lovely time she had at her cousin Rubys princess birthday party. Ruby, the birthday girl, reached the grand old age of 3, and I must say that has gone quickly. Em said there was a huge colouring mat on the floor in the middle of the room, a genius idea, and could not have been better to occupy Poppy who loves to draw and colour. I would never have thought of that, but whoever did deserves a medal! And where do you get the colouring mat from?
Emma put up some photos of Poppy at the party, dressed as a princess in lilac and lace, she would have had some wings too if only I had remembered to buy her some! On her arm is a pink tattoo of a butterfly, hopefully not a permanent one!
Emma said Poppy had a lovely time, and was glad Ruby had a party.
